Die 20 m lange, weinumrankte Terrasse am Ferienhaus grenzt an gepflegte Rasenflächen, die sanft zum großen, beleuchteten Swimming-Pool hin abfallen. Bambusstühle sowie bequeme Liegestühle stehen auf den Sonnenterrassen zur Verfügung. Ein idealer Ort, um die Ruhe und weitreichende Blicke über die offene Landschaft zu genießen.
Das geräumige, luxuriöse Ferienhaus ist mit Terracotta-Fliesen, Balkendecken und Klimaanlage ausgestattet; in einem Nebengebäude sind eine Waschküche mit Waschmaschine sowie ein Gäste-Badezimmer untergebracht. Der Sandstrand, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Tennis- und Golfplatz sind zwischen 5 und 15 Autominuten vom Ferienhaus entfernt.
