Durch schmiedeeiserne Tore gelangt man auf die Zufahrt zum Ferienhaus, vorbei am Gartenhaus und weiter zum eindrucksvollen Eingang dieser außergewöhnlichen Villa. Der internationale Jachthafen von Port d'Andratx ist mit dem Auto vom Ferienhaus aus schnell zu erreichen.
Der ungewöhnlich große Swimming-Pool beim Ferienhaus sorgt für willkommene Abkühlung und anschließend laden Sonnenliegen die Gäste zum Sonnenbaden und Entspannen ein. Weiterhin steht ein separater Whirlpool und ein großer Garten am Ferienhaus mit farbenfrohen Pflanzen, Büschen und Rasenflächen zur Verfügung. Das moderne Ferienhaus ist hochwertig eingerichtet und umfasst einen imposanten Eingangsbereich, die voll ausgestattete Küche, einen geräumigen Wohn- und Essbereich sowie eine Sonnenterrasse mit herrlichem Blick über den Pool bis zum Strand. Alle Räume im Ferienhaus sind mit Parkettfußböden und Klimaanlage ausgestattet.
