Old traditional house on 30 000 m2 plot is situated in amazing agro-turistical area of Tuscany. Near of medieval town- Montaione.

Todo en un entorno de viňas y olivos.La finca se encuentra unos 1000 m del corazón del pueblo, en la parte tranquila de Toscania.

Durante la reforma de la finca- logró la familia de Stefania y Alessandro Tognetti conservar el ambiente autentico y acojedor sin perder las ventajas de las tecnológias más avanzadas.

Cada de los 7 pisos dispone de dos dormitórios y cómo mínimo 2 cuartos de baňo. Los pisos son aptos para 4-6 personas.

En el jardín hay piscina exterior y también una piscina para niňos.
